Here at For the Love of Splendor Events, it is our primary goal to make sure your wedding plays out just the way you've imagined. We specialize in 'Day-Of' Services with three unique wedding and event coordination packages to choose from. Our coordination services are ideal for brides and grooms who have booked all of their vendors, but just need assistance managing the vendor relationships, tasks, timeline and overall itinerary. From 30 days out to one week out and even Day-of, we can take the burden off of you so you can enjoy the fruits of your labor. No matter what package you choose, we value each event equally.
Gold Package
Month-of wedding coordination offering the following services (beginning one month before event(s):
• Complimentary 45 minute consultation
• Unlimited phone/email communication during business hours
• Become the new point of contact for all vendors
• Two, two-hour comprehensive meetings (the final meeting will be held one week before wedding, if possible)
• Venue site visit and walk-thru prior to event
• Ensuring wedding decor, floor plan and floral is set up according to design guidelines provided by bride/groom
• Guidance, tips and advice given to ease stress and help with decision making
• Day-of itinerary and timeline provided
• Arrive three hours prior to event start time and until completion
• Management of all vendors and venue staff
• Active management of time and itinerary

Week-of wedding coordination offering the following services (beginning one week before event):
• Complimentary 45 minute consultation
• Unlimited phone/email communication during business hours
• Become the new point of contact for all vendors
• One comprehensive meeting one week prior to wedding day
• Day-of itinerary and timeline provided
• Arrive two hours prior to start time and stay until completion
• Management of all vendors and venue staff
• Active management of time and itinerary

Rose Gold Package
Day-of coordination offering the following services (Day-of the event):
• Complimentary 45 minute consultation upon booking
• Arrive two hours prior to start time and stay until completion
• Implementation of timeline and itinerary (provided by bride/client)
• Management of vendors/venue staff and timeline
